Classes:
- Every Tuesday
- 9-10 AM EST

- Office Hours 4hrs a month –
Enrollment:
- Participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
- Enrollment is based on written or oral consent with Anthony Vincent Bova
- Payment must be completed before access to the course is granted.
Course Access:
- Participants will have access to course materials for the duration of the course.
- Access to live sessions and instructor feedback will be available per the course schedule.
Attendance and Participation:
- Participants work in every session
- Participants agree to have their video on unless otherwise notified.
- Active participation in discussions and assignments is required for successful completion.
Code of Conduct:
- Respectful communication and behavior are expected at all times.
- Participants are expected to always engage in respectful and inclusive communication, refraining from any form of hate speech, bigotry, or prejudice.
- Any information or “Participant Expression” is confidential and not to be shared outside of the ECC class.
- Any form of harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the course without a refund.
Make-Up Policy:
Missed Sessions by Participants:
- If a Participant needs to miss class, they may view the recorded part of class on the private Facebook page.
- Participants may also attend the Office Hours to work on missed information.
Missed Sessions by Anthony Vincent Bova.
- In the event Anthony Vincent Bova needs to miss a session, he may have an EdgeWork associate teach any missed sessions.
- In the event class is canceled at least two weeks in advance, another session will be scheduled.
- In the event class is canceled within two weeks, at least two extra make-up options are offered, in which “Office Hours” may constitute a make-up class option.
Privacy:
- Any personal information that may come out during class “Participant Expression” is to be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent. This is a critical boundary that must be respected to keep the class environment safe for all participants.
Recording and Sharing:
- Live sessions may be recorded for educational purposes and shared within the course community.
- Students are prohibited from sharing course materials or recordings outside the course without permission.
- EdgeWork may use photographs for promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to website use, social media, printed materials, and press releases.
- EdgeWork may ONLY use video recordings of Participants with Participants written approval “sign off”.
